How is the transport?

After a successful order, we will process and send it to the center, where we will handle the order, pack it and send it to the place of your choice, then our carrier will deliver the order to you. Due to the fact that we have a good relationship with the shipping company, shipping with us is worldwide and FREE.

When can I expect my order?

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please allow 4-10 business days for international orders after order processing!

Please note that there may be delays beyond our control, such as customs and postal delays.

How can I track my order?

Simply, after a successful shipment, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number and a link to our site, where you can track every movement of your order. You can also get to our page where you click on the TRACKING button and enter the order number or tracking number.

How do i know your payment gateway is secure?

All payments are secure and encrypted to ensure safe payment. We accept payments through payment service provider Stripe. We accept PayPal, ApplePay and all major credit cards!

What if I receive the wrong item?

Mainly stress free, here at LumiLight we have a 30 day return policy which means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return via email.
